Specialized Certification: One of the following is required - Project Management Institute Project Management Professional (PMP) Certified, [IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL), or Lean Six Sigma Certification (LSS). ISO-IEC Certification for Information Technology Service Management or equivalent experience is preferred]. Specialized Experience: Must have four (4) years or more of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, organizational performance, knowledge/information architecture, performance support, and training systems experience and have a deep understanding of Knowledge Management (KM), KM processes, KM implementations and enterprise solutions. Security Clearance: Current U.S. SECRET clearance required. Special Requirements: Comply with DoD 8570.01-M, IA Workforce Certification Level: Information Assurance Technical (IAT-I).
Education: Bachelor of Science/Arts Degree in Engineering or Computer Science or Science or Business Administration or Mathematics.
