World Class Communications World Class Careers CapRock's PACT for the Future - Passion, Accountability, Courage, Transparency The Field Service Department is to be on constant standby in order to prepare, despatch, coordinate and support all aspects of the global customer field service requirements at any time and be ready to survey, install and service on assigned jobs to the required standard. The Field Technicians role is to use a combination of mainly effective skills and some prompted skills, in order to provide mid level system installation, commissioning, testing and maintenance on CapRock's products and services overseas, onshore and offshore as appropriate. This position would have mid level decision making authority when on site. Minimum supervision required. Main relationships predominately with staff and customers in the EMEA region. However, there will be minor relationships with staff and customers in both the Americas and AP regions.
